Our Process
In detail, step by step.. because overwhelm is no one’s friend!
Step 1
Submit your enquiry via our Pricing and Services form and wait for your personalised quote.. it wont take long to arrive in your inbox.. I promise!
Step 2
Check over everything and email me back with any feedback, tweaks or changes you’d like to make to your personalised quote.
Step 3
When you’re happy with the quote, lock in your date with a 30% deposit and a signed contract (which you can sign online.. easy!)
Step 4
Once your date is locked in, I will send you a bunch of handy information
about timelines, inspiration and login details to your own ‘Wedding Portal’.. fancy!
This is the online space where we will both gather all the important
details for you day.. along with a few of my own
special templates and spreadsheets that I know will help immensely with
your wedding planning. This is when you can also lock in your Design Consult so we can chat about all the fun details for your day and begin to confirm colours, styles,
flower types, textures and so on (or if you’d prefer, we can do all this via email).
Step 5
After our consult, I will send through a Wedding Design Brief.
This is the visual guide for your wedding flowers and styling, along with descriptions, quantities,
colour swatches, visual inspo and so on. I encourage you to provide any and
all feedback on your design brief so I can make changes as needed.
Step 6
Closer to your wedding date, I’ll request all your logistical details such as delivery addresses,
timings and contact details. I will finalise my own runsheet and send through a final
confirmation to you, along with itemised lists, details and so on. This
important step helps to ensure your wedding not only looks perfect,
but runs like clockwork too!
Step 7
Sit back, relax and knock back a few champagnes! On the day, all you’ll
have to do is slip into your gorgeous outfit and marry your sexy lover,
while we take care of the rest.
